Throughout the three-day exhibition, the Stanpumps engineering and technical sales team held numerous productive discussions with customers seeking reliable, energy-efficient pumping solutions for pharmaceutical production, clean utilities, water treatment, solvent transfer, API manufacturing and general process applications. Visitors were particularly interested in improving plant reliability, reducing energy consumption and selecting pumping systems that deliver long service life with minimal maintenance.
There was considerable interest in Stanpumps' portfolio of centrifugal process pumps, sanitary and hygienic pumps, magnetic drive pumps, positive displacement pumps, vertical pumps, multistage pumps, chemical process pumps and API process pumps. Customers also discussed specialised applications involving corrosive chemicals, purified water systems, solvent recovery, CIP and SIP processes, and high-purity pharmaceutical manufacturing, where pump performance, material selection and reliability are critical to successful plant operation.
The exhibition also highlighted strong customer demand for complete engineered pumping packages. Visitors were keen to learn more about Stanpumps' capability to supply fully integrated pump systems incorporating electric motors, variable speed drives (VSDs), instrumentation, pipework, valves, mechanical seals, seal support systems, baseplate assemblies and automation controls. By providing complete, factory-engineered pump packages, Stanpumps enables customers to simplify procurement, reduce installation time and ensure optimum system performance from commissioning onwards.
Many visitors also recognised the advantages of Stanpumps being part of the Standard Group of Companies, where complete fluid handling solutions can be delivered by combining Stanpumps' pumping expertise with the Group's capabilities in mechanical seals, API 682 seal support systems, industrial valves, process equipment, automation and turnkey engineering. This integrated approach generated considerable interest from customers planning new pharmaceutical facilities as well as those upgrading existing production plants.
The exhibition resulted in a significant number of new enquiries covering pharmaceutical process pumps, hygienic transfer systems, utility pumping packages and complete engineered skid-mounted solutions. The strong response received throughout the event reinforces Stanpumps' growing reputation as a trusted supplier of high-performance pumping systems designed to maximise plant reliability, improve operational efficiency and reduce total lifecycle costs.
