H&S Management Systems
At Stanpumps Engineering Industries, we have implemented a robust Health and Safety (H&S) Management System and have achieved ISO 45001 (formerly OHSAS 18001) accreditation.
Our management team regularly conducts safety briefings for all contractors and staff to ensure everyone is informed and prepared. Prior to any site visits, we discuss specific safety practices and policies tailored to each client.
We also assess our employees' skills and training requirements through a comprehensive skills matrix, ensuring that the most qualified individual is assigned to each job or project. Our H&S system is overseen and continuously improved by our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) manager.
5's Workplace Practise

- Our lifting equipment is colour coded and tested in accordance with the requirements of our H&S management system.
- All electrical items, such as welding sets, power extensions and items that we take to customer site, are checked, certified and marked accordingly.
